  1. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
  2. Entrants must be UK or EU citizens or citizens of Switzerland or Norway.
  3. Smiffy's and RH Smith & Sons employees are not eligible to enter.
  4. Entrants must be eligible to travel to the U.S.A.
  5. A Smiffy's or Fever costume must be purchased in order to enter. Purchase of Smiffy's or Fever Accessories do not validate your entry into the competition. Entry is limited to one per person, irrespective of costumes purchased.

  7. In order to claim competition prize, receipt of product purchase must be shown (scanned or photographed). Evidence that the prize winner purchased the costume may be requested.
  8. Costume must be purchased between 9am 10th September to 5pm 31st October 2012 (GMT)
  9. Competition runs from 9am 10th September to 5pm 1st November 2012 (GMT)
  10. The winner will be notified by email by 5pm 12 November 2012 (GMT)
  11. Holiday prize must be taken between 21st Sep – 31st Oct 2013.
  12. No refund will be offered if winner is unable to travel between these times.
  13. No cash or other alternative to the stated prize is available.
  14. Prize is a one week family trip for 4 to Orlando, Florida, U.S.A.
  15. Winner must claim their prize by 5pm (GMT) 19th November 2012 and failure to claim the prize before this time may result in disqualification and selection of an alternative winner.
  16. Hotel, Flights and Theme Park tickets will be provided as well as costumes and a ticket to a Halloween themed event– Airport transfers are not included. Hotel room will be one family room for 4.
  17. The family of four is based on two adults and two children. Children must be aged between 2-17. Attendance at the Halloween themed event can be replaced with an alternative event to the same value if more suitable dependant on age of children travelling.
  18. If the winner’s children are not able to attend the Orlando, Florida prize trip then no cash alternative for the unused children’s flight/costumes/hotel room/Halloween themed event tickets will be given to the prize winner.
  19. Winners will be selected from all valid entries in a random draw to be conducted within 7 working days of the closing date.
  20. Entrants' details will not be passed onto any third party.
  21. Entrants agree to participate in publicity in the event that they are a winner. This may include use of their name and image in online publicity, in emails, and through any other print or social media. If you don’t agree with this we recommend that you do not enter into the draw.
  22. The prize draw may be modified, cancelled, terminated or suspended for any reason including, without limitation, computer virus or bugs, non-authorised human intervention, mechanical or electronic problems or other causes beyond the reasonable control of the promoter which corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the prize draw.
